I love this place!! I was in charge of a competition for my kids elementary school. The time line got changed for the awards night. They worked with me and had everything done and ready in 2 days!!! After the awards I realized I had messed up on a name. I brought the trophy back to Lott's and they fixed it in 10 minutes and didn't change me. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic company to work with. The lady I spoke with was so accommodating & helpful. I was at work so she texted me photos of the trophies they have along with prices to help me choose the one I wanted. I drove further (from Orem) past another store due to some very bad customer service with the trophy & awards store by my house & am very happy I did. Lott's is great. I will be back. Even if it's further away.
